visual experiment 2:
resurrection from the garden

resurrection from the garden is the recreation of an old experiment to discover the location of eden, home of serpent, and the whereabouts of adam and eve.
previous researchers have conducted the experiment by attempting to make eve from adam’s rib. this attempt at producing a genetically identical and yet fundamentally dissimilar clone has been disastrous, with far-reaching and burdensome consequences for eve and her female progeny.
theory suggests the idea of a multiverse, a layering and interlacing of cosmic entity. in this model, entities can exist in multiple or single layers. for example, it has been established that eden is a single-layer entity, while adam or eve are multi-layer beings.
so, to visit eden, one has to go to the layer that contains eden.
the present model puts forward the notion that adam, eve, serpent, garden, etc. were all born in one instant and at the same time and thus, left the garden in the same way, instantaneously. despite the venerated myth, this is not a punishment but a gift. the trio was not banished from the garden, they always had the option to return. as soon as adam and eve et al. developed and identified with an i as a separate entity, they removed themselves from the garden immediately. conversely, when the sense of i was not exercised, they were back in the garden promptly.
the present model has several advantages. with the now disproven banishment theory of the trio due to eve’s apparent insubordination, the burden of guilt is removed from over half of our population. furthermore, serpent is seen as more of a maverick teacher, more in the stream of crazy wisdom than a plotter of evil deeds. lastly, it is clearly demonstrated that adam is actually quite dull. had it not been for eve’s efforts, he would still be stuck in eden’s suburbia wondering what to do next.
